Terms of Service

Last Updated: April 23, 2026

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use (hereinafter "Terms") govern the access to and use of the FlowState Tools website and the purchase of AM WorkFlow. The purchase or use of our services implies the user's full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

Art. 1 – Subject of the Product

AM WorkFlow is a professional software (plug-in) developed exclusively for Adobe Premiere, fully compatible with both stable and Beta versions of the software, on both macOS and Windows ecosystems.

  • Core Functionality: The Product allows the user to create, save, and apply custom "macros" with a single click. A "macro" is defined as a pre-set sequence of actions designed to automate complex video editing processes.

  • Customization: The AM WorkFlow interface is fully customizable. Users have the right to upload their own images as backgrounds for individual macro buttons, tailoring the tool to their specific visual and functional needs.

  • Open Ecosystem: The software supports the export and import of created workflows. This architecture allows users not only to optimize their own work but also to create, distribute, or market macro packages to third parties, assuming full responsibility for the content created.

Art. 2 – License and Restrictions

Upon purchase of AM WorkFlow, FlowState Tools grants the user a single, personal, worldwide, and non-transferable license.

  • Usage: The license is strictly tied to the purchaser and may not be shared with third parties.

  • Prohibitions: It is strictly forbidden to resell, redistribute, sub-license, or incorporate the workflow into other commercial products without prior written authorization.

  • Code Integrity: Any activity involving reverse engineering, decompilation, or attempts to extract the source code and internal logic of the macro/plugin is prohibited. Any violation will result in immediate license revocation and potential legal action.

Art. 3 – Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to AM WorkFlow – including, but not limited to: source code, algorithms, workflow design, logos, trademarks, documentation, and multimedia content on the site – are and remain the exclusive property of FlowState Tools. Nothing in these Terms grants the user ownership rights to the software, other than the limited right of use described in Art. 2.

Art. 4 – Limitation of Liability and "As-Is" Warranty

AM WorkFlow is provided "as-is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

  • Software Stability: FlowState Tools does not warrant that the product will be error-free or function uninterruptedly.

  • Disclaimer of Liability: In no event shall FlowState Tools be held liable for technical malfunctions, Adobe Premiere Pro crashes, incompatibility with future Adobe software updates, hardware damage, or, most importantly, for loss of data, projects, or profits resulting from the use or inability to use the product.

  • User Responsibility: It is the user's responsibility to ensure that their system and the version of Premiere Pro in use are compatible with the specified technical requirements.

Art. 5 – Purchase and Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the product (content provided via non-tangible medium), the purchase process concludes with the immediate download of the file.

  • Waiver of the Right of Withdrawal: Pursuant to current legislation on digital products (Art. 59, let. o of the Italian Consumer Code), the user expressly accepts that the performance of the contract begins immediately upon download and declares to waive their right of withdrawal (refund) once the delivery of digital content has commenced.

  • No Refunds: Consequently, FlowState Tools will not issue refunds for erroneous purchases, change of mind, or technical incompatibilities not verified by the user in advance.

Art. 6 – Changes to Terms

FlowState Tools reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time to reflect legislative changes or product updates. Modifications shall be effective upon their publication on the site. Continued use of the product following such changes shall constitute acceptance thereof.

Art. 7 – Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Italian law. Any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Bergamo, Italy.
